Brotherhood Of St Laurence (The)

Publications (including some information sheets) on poverty, unemployment, social issues, the Brotherhood's work and history. Speakers and displays available by arrangement. Reference library open to students and teachers, with photocopying facilities (contact for hours). Other publications (searchable database on website).

Specialising in high quality geography skills texts for middle and senior secondary, Cambridge University Press publishes a range of resources for geography students and teachers.

Campaspe Landcare Network

The Campaspe Landcare network is a group of up to 18 Landcare, Local Area planning and forestry groups within (and some overlapping into adjacent Shire areas) the Campaspe Shire. The network meet for functions (guest speakers/field days/ bus trips) every quarter, providing a networking opportunity with fellow group members, support and information. The Campaspe Shire Landcare Coordinator is able to provide information to schools within the Shire area, attending field trips with students, providing educational material, giveaways etc. For further information about the services the Landcare Coordinator can provide, ring the Shire on 1300 666 535.

CERES (Centre For Education & Research In Environmental Strategies)

CERES is an inspiring four-hectare visitor centre on the banks of the Merri Creek. CERES Education provides four services to schools: Excursion programs, Incursion programs, Sustainable Schools initiative and VET Training. All of our Environment and Cultural programs include hands-on activities that inspire and challenge students to discover and solve current issues affecting the environment and society. Programs are delivered by specialist teachers who spend the whole program time with the students. Conservation Volunteers Australia

CVA completes more than 2000 conservation projects across Australia each year, resulting in positive environmental outcomes through increased community participation, conservation skills and awareness. CVA involves the community in conservation projects across Victoria. CVA can facilitate projects that may include environmental monitoring, site rehabilitation, and flora and fauna surveys.

Conservation Volunteers Australia

Conservation Volunteers is a national, not-for-profit, community organization with offices in every state and territory of Australia. Conservation Volunteers welcomes everyone who shares a love of the outdoors and commitment to the environment. Our age range for volunteers is typically 15-70, individuals younger than this can volunteer on site if they consult with the CVA office and have adult supervision on site and parental permission.

Cooper's Settlement is a unique educational facility offering a Farm, Wildlife Reserve and Heritage Village. We provide a variety of informative educational programs with diverse and 'hands on' learning opportunities.
