The Australian Geography Teachers Association has published the GeoCareers website that provides an excellent resource especially designed to provide students with information about careers based on the study of geography at secondary school or a tertiary institution such as a university or college.
Destination Spatial is a education sub-committee which includes representatives from the spatial industries, tertiary institutions and subject associations, including the GTAV and Careers Teachers association. Careers in the spatial industry are underpinned by Geography and offer a number of opportunities in Australia and overseas with excellent wages and future prospects.
